Sprinkle Corner
The Tate House, with its broad front porch and center breezeway, houses offices and a meeting room. Built in the 1850s, it is a timber-frame structure built on a log foundation that was moved to Pioneer Farms several years ago from Blanco County.

The white Aynesworth-Wright House, which houses exhibits at the southeastern corner of the village square was built in 1853 to resemble the Tennessee abode of a homesick family that was newly arrived to Texas.

The General Store and Costume House, although they appear to be old, were built for the 1994 filming of the Willa Cather novel
A Lantern in Her Hand.
